Policies & Shipping

About the Product:
Each of our cards is printed on 100 lb. cover, bright white linen stock.  The final size of each folded card is 7″ x 5.125″, which fits into a standard A2 envelope (included).

Payment Methods:
We use PayPal to process our orders.  If you do not have a PayPal account, you can pay with your credit card on the PayPal check out page. We accept American Express, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover.

Order:
Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to process.  You will receive a confirmation email once the order has been processed and ready to be shipped.

Sales Tax:
If you are not a resident of New York, there is no sales tax applied to your order.  New York residents will be charged the sales tax at the established rate set by your county and/or city.

Shipping & Delivery:
We encase each individual card in a re-sealable polypropylene bag to protect it from grease and moisture.

We currently ship within the U.S. only through USPS first class mail. Most orders will arrived within two to five (2-5)  business days after your order has been processed.  Please note that a signature may be required for delivery.

Customers will be charged for any refused packages, undeliverable packages, or reshipment of packages that are returned to us.

Returns:
If you are unsatisfied with your order, please contact us at hello@sharingblankets.com for return shipping instructions. Then send the undamaged and unused cards back to us within 30 days.  We will refund your purchase in full, shipping excluded.

Used, partial, or damaged products will not be refunded.

Wholesale:
We welcome opportunities for our cards to be carried in your store. Email hello@sharingblankets.com for more information, including requests for a line sheet and samples. Please include your contact information, company name and company website in your inquiry.

Custom Items:
If you are interested in our custom designs, please contact hello@sharingblankets.com.

Each custom order includes a digital proof and one round of revision. Hard proofs are available upon request at additional charge. Custom orders take approximately 2-3 weeks to complete, with rush orders available at additional charge. Due to the nature of this type of order, customized items are non-refundable, except if the error occurred on our end.
